Here I let you a couple of recipes of less than 500 calories per serving, I've made them at home and are really delicious,  I hope you like them.

Black Bean & Zucchini Quesadilla.
you will need:
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons salsa

To make it: 
Saute first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes. Place mixture on tortillas; sprinkle with cheese. Fold in half and cook in pan until cheese melts and tortilla is toasted. Top with salsa.



Sweet and Spicy Chicken with Potatoes and Cherry Peppers.
You will need:

  • 4  (6 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  •  Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 3/4 cup(s) panko bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) lowfat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 stalk(s) celery, thinly sliced on a diagonal
  • 1  Granny Smith apple, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped chives


To make it: 
  • Heat 2 Tbsp of the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Meanwhile, heat the remaining Tbsp oil in a second skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper, and cook until browned, 3 minutes per side.
  • Transfer the chicken to the other skillet, nestling it among the potatoes. Add the wine and cherry peppers and simmer, covered, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender, 4 to 6 minutes. Stir in the oregano.
